Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer
Design, develop, and/or maintain new and existing fixture and jig solutions to support daily production.
Monitor production processes and then work with Production personnel to create standard work procedures, enhance flow, and implement Lean concepts throughout the plant including 5S, Visual Work, Kanban, etc.
Make recommendations on Capital equipment improvements.
Proactively work with the engineering team to solve manufacturing issues and projects. Self-starter.
